His expertise and training include learning the latest techniques to provide you with the best possible care. He is certified in the Graston Technique and uses a Leander Chiropractic table, an innovative, top quality table to ease in the adjustment process.

Dr. John worked first in his hometown in Minnesota, then in St. Augustine, Fl and is now your Jacksonville Chiropractor. He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, the N.E. Florida Chiropractic Society, and the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research.

Julia Prokosch, Office Manager, has a degree in business with continued studies in marketing.
She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is currently studying Italian.
